When will my order be shipped?

Australia Post
Please allow up to 3 business days for it to be posted.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be packed and sent.
Emerald local pick up/delivery
Please allow up to 3 business days before receiving a notification that your order is ready for pick up or is being delivered.
If you are local to Emerald, you are able to pick up your order for free. Select "Free Emerald Pick Up" as the shipping method at the checkout to avoid shipping fees. Once your order is submitted and paid for, you will recieve an email outlining when and where you can pick up your order. 

 

Returns

- All full priced items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for either a full refund or exchange

- Full priced items returned will be processed with FREE shipping for your next order

- Sale items are eligible for an exchange, however they are not eligible for free shipping

- The customer covers the cost of returning items to The Lou Lou Boutique

- Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you received your order. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

- In line with Australian Consumer Law, we will refund or replace faulty items.

- If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please email theloulouboutique@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the fault or incorrect item and we will sort this out for you ASAP!


    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at theloulouboutique@gmail.com.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at theloulouboutique@gmail.com and we will send you details of where to return your item/s. Please note that we may no longer have any more of the item you are exchanging and may have to send you a similar item to replace it.


    Shipping
    To return your product, email us at theloulouboutique@gmail.com to receive details of where you need to send your items to.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item is defective.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
